Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. Larger, oversized, or especially delicate pieces requiring custom packing may take longer to prepare. If additional processing time is needed, I'll reach out with an updated timeline.

Every item is carefully packaged to help ensure it arrives safely. Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. The Sonoran Shell is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, weather, or other unforeseen shipping disruptions.

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of antique and vintage pieces, all sales are final.

Damaged Items

In the rare event your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:

• The damaged item

• The shipping box

• All packing materials

Once the damage has been verified, you'll receive a full refund.

Purchasing multiple items? Whenever possible, I'll combine your order into one shipment and refund any shipping overages.
