SHIPPING POLICY

At The Sonoran Shell, each piece is packed with exceptional care to ensure it arrives safely to its destination. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days, though larger or more delicate items may require a bit of extra time for secure packaging. If you need your order rushed, please reach out prior to purchase and I will do my best to accommodate your request.

All shipments are sent through USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the size, weight, and destination of the item. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

Every item is packaged thoughtfully using appropriate cushioning, reinforcement, and, when necessary, double-boxing to protect fragile pieces. Please note that once an item has shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. For this reason, please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours and provide clear photos of the item, the packaging, and the shipping label. I will work with you to find the best solution, which may include a refund, replacement (if available), or an insurance claim. Due to the nature of vintage and antique items, all sales are final, and each piece is sold as-is. Detailed photos and descriptions are provided for every listing, and I’m always happy to answer questions prior to purchase.

International shipping may be available on select items. Buyers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and VAT charges imposed by their country, and delivery timelines may vary due to customs processing.

RETURN POLICY

At The Sonoran Shell, each piece is vintage or antique and may show signs of age, patina, or gentle wear that reflect its history. Because of the unique nature of these items, all sales are final, and I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

However, your satisfaction is incredibly important to me. If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item, the packaging, and the shipping label. I will review the situation and work with you toward a fair resolution.

I encourage all customers to look closely at every listing, review photos, and ask questions before purchasing. I’m always happy to provide additional images, details, or measurements to help you feel confident in your selection.
