Set of eight English ironstone dinner plates by Heritage Hall in the Georgian Town House pattern. Each features a detailed Georgian scene with a stately town house, horse-drawn carriage and riders, surrounded by an ornate brown transferware border with touches of blue, green and red.
The scalloped shape and traditional transferware design make these especially pretty for a fall table, displayed in a hutch, or hung as a plate wall grouping.
Marked Heritage Hall, Staffordshire, England. The backstamp identifies the pattern as Georgian Town House, based on a popular town house design found in many Eastern cities toward the end of the 18th century.
Dimensions: 10.5”D each
Condition: Good condition with age-appropriate wear and crazing. One plate has a visible chip along the rim, and two additional plates have minor chips to the underside of the rim. Please see photos for condition details.
